I started my first steps in the riding world at the age of 9 and visited my 1st breeding evaluation of Lipizzaner horses when I was a student with our family friends. I bought my first Lipizzaner in 2003 and in 2006 my first mare arrived and had the first foal. Since then I have never stopped breeding and today we have in the herd over 40 Lipizzaner horses. I am an active member of the Breeding and Executive Board of the Slovenian Lipizzaner Breeding Association. I also started as a member of a Breeding Commission in our Association and I am an attendee of the LIF Judges clinic.

I am a Lipizzaner lover all my life. As the 3rd generation in Lipizzaner World, I have grown up with Lipizzaners of State Stud Đakovo. My father was a worker of Stud Ivandvor, the breeding part of Stud Farm Đakovo, before me and I followed in his footsteps. Today I am a National Lipizzaner judge and attendee of the LIF Judges clinic. I am also a licensed judge of carriage driving competitions and licensed course designer.

I have been riding since the age of 8 years of age, beginning lessons at the age of 12 and I attended my first dressage competition at the age of 20. At this stage I became an avid Baroque horse lover and whilst in my 20’s joined the AHAA SA committee as their Secretary. I became a breeder of Warmblood horses in 2002, with the aim of breeding competitive Warmblood Sporthorses. My foals have performed very well to date with dressage, with the latest achievement by one of them currently competing at Advanced Competition for the SA dressage squad. Currently I compete in official EA Dressage at Preliminary level with my Andalusian mare “Carina” and am on the AHAA quadrille team. I have been a judge at for the AHAA SA branch for the past 8 years, judging many breed classes of Andalusians & Friesian Horses, and recently in 2021, I judged the Lipizzaner breed at the SA state show. I also run dressage clinics for various instructors; Ramon Guerro, Renee Everest, Peter Shaw, Lucy Williams and Fiona Heysen. I annuallych judge Lyn Jutilane-Maynard’s (FEI rider and instructor) dressage day for 25+ children. I am currently on the committee of the AHAA SA branch and previously on the committee of the Southern Vales Dressage Club.
